1. Who we are

Fillstash is a trading name of a UAE-registered business, based at 5 Rafeh Bin Al Mu'ala St, Al Yarmook, Halwan, Sharjah. Contact: support@fillstash.com.

2. What the service does

We accept requests to top up Du prepaid numbers and apply the chosen amount once card payment clears on our billing page. We are an independent service and not a network branch or affiliate.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and permitted to use the Du number you enter and the card used to pay.

4. Placing a request

By submitting the form you confirm the number, amount and email are correct. We do not process a top-up until payment is completed on the billing page.

5. Payment

Payment is handled on a secure billing page and we do not store card numbers. Any service fee is shown before you confirm.

6. Timing

We aim to apply top-ups within minutes of a cleared payment during business hours. This is not a promise of instant delivery; network processing times vary.

7. Refunds

Refunds follow our refund policy: unfulfilled requests, a wrong number caused by us, or a network rejection.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the request in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed calls or consequential costs from processing time.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, submit numbers you do not control, or attempt to abuse the form. We may decline any request.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one in force. Material changes are noted in the announcement bar.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes fall under the competent courts of the UAE.
