What Fillstash collects for a du recharge online request, why, and how long we keep it.

1. What we collect

For a top-up request we collect the Du number, the amount, your email, and a timestamp. If you message us, we keep what you send. Payment is handled on our secure billing page and we do not store card numbers.

2. Why we collect it

To process the top-up, send a confirmation, answer support questions, and keep accounting records as required in the UAE.

3. Legal basis

We process this data to perform the service you request and to meet our legal obligations.

4. Where it is stored

Order records are stored on a server in the UAE with restricted access. Backups are encrypted at rest.

5. Sharing

We share only what is needed to complete a payment with our payment provider. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertising networks.

6. Retention

Order records are kept for 24 months for accounting purposes, then deleted. Support messages are kept while relevant, then removed.

7. Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete records we are not required to keep. Email support@fillstash.com.
