Du recharge online, answered
The common questions about du quick pay with Fillstash. Can't find yours? Contact us.
How do I place a du recharge online request?
Open the top-up form, enter your Du number, choose a preset amount (30, 55, 110, 210, 525 AED) or type your own, add an email, then continue to the secure billing page to pay by card.
How long does the top-up take?
Once payment clears on the billing page, the balance is usually applied within a few minutes. Requests sent outside business hours are processed on the next business day.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Visa and Mastercard issued in the UAE. You pay on our secure billing page.
Are there fees or limits?
The amount you pick is what reaches the number. Any service fee is shown clearly on the billing page before you confirm. Custom amounts run from 5 to 1000 AED per request.
The payment failed — what now?
Try again from the top-up form. If the card was declined, check with your bank that online/e-commerce payments are enabled, then retry.
Money left my account but the balance didn't arrive.
Email your order reference to billing@fillstash.com. If the payment did not settle we re-send the link; if it settled but the top-up did not arrive, we refund or re-apply it.
Is it safe to pay by card?
Yes. Payment is completed on our secure billing page over HTTPS. Fillstash stores only the number, amount, email and timestamp of a request.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in the cases set out in the refund policy: an unfulfilled request, a wrong number caused by us, or a top-up rejected by the network.
How do I contact support?
By phone, WhatsApp, email or the contact form. A person in the UAE reads and replies within one business day.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up. You enter the number and amount each time — that keeps a du quick recharge fast and low-friction.
